Alright dudes, today I'm going to tell you about the cool anime Death Parade.
It's an anime.
A good one.
One worth taking a break from XIV for.


There was this pilot made back in 2013 called "Death billiards", in which an old man and a younger man find themselves in a bar with no escape. The man behind the counter tells them that they must play a game of pool, and their lives are on the line.

also, the balls repent parts of one or the other's body. The heart, the mind, the stomach…

So these dudes play pool to the death and it's really good. Really. telling you any more would be spoiler territory. I can't do that.

So last October, people thought the short was good enough to necessitate a series. As of this writing the show is ten episodes in, and dude.

So! I watched the first episode of what is out on Hulu now…reminded me a bit of Hell Girl (the judgement and the humanity is a bitch bit) and YuGiOh season zero (the demented games). I think I need to watch another episode or two to be able to fully determine whether I like this anime or not. XD Although…right now, Assasination Class did a better job grabbing my interest in its first episode because I REALLY wanna catch up on that one first!!
